Dr. Thompson and Lizzie were wonderful. The office was clean and bright with natural light. Lizzie made me feel comfortable while she prepared the way for Dr. Thompson. I could tell Dr. Thompson enjoyed being at her job, and her confident hands almost made me forget I was getting a filling at the dentist.
Town Dentistry rocks! I have come here several times. ..from teeth cleanings to fill ins and I always leave pleased. The dentists are always polite and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. As they are working on my teeth, they keep me informed on what they are doing to my teeth. Dr. Bussey even warned me to close my eyes just in case I didn't want to see the needle that was about to be stuck in my gums. I love to be able to watch TV with headphones as they are working. TLDR: Great dentist place if you can get an appointment. Definitely recommended. The Long Version: I've been going here for the past 2 years and really like them. They are always professional and quick. The office is clean and very modern looking. Only issue is getting an appointment, they are booked months in advance for some slots (mornings before work) and it can be very frustrating to find a convenient time. For that reason, I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, definitely a good dentist.
Going to the dentist sucks. This dentist tries very hard to make the experience a little bit less sucky. I read one review on here about the perceived high pressure sales. I did feel that they presented potentially expensive options, but I never felt pressured.
Town dentistry provided me with the best experience I've had at a dentist office, EVER! Dr. Thompson and staff were very efficient and comforting. The technology here is so far a head of any other dentist office I have visited, it really makes your visit faster and more comfortable. If you're looking for a dentist in Brookhaven I would recommend Town dentistry.
After my dentist retired, I had to find a new location. A friend recommended Town Dentistry and I'm so happy! Front desk is very well organized and they took care of everything through insurance! NO paying then filing for reimbursement. AMEN! I also had to have a cavity fixed and a new night guard made. Both processes were great, especially the cavity repair as I was nervous, and I felt comfortable enough to bring my kids there. Great friendly staff! Never been to the dentist as an adult, and thanks to the staff here, I feel silly for not going sooner. My new crown looks great and my teeth stopped bleeding after every brush since I got them cleaned here. Going back next week!
I stayed away from the dentist for YEARS after more than a few horrible experiences with so-called "top dentists". I've been given procedures I didn't "need", probed at without being properly numbed, and have been worked on by dentists with antiquated equipment. Town Dentistry is a beautiful facility. Comfortable waiting area, good music, comfortable exam chair, headphones and TV if you need to be distracted. The front office staff was very kind and helpful, and answered my questions about self-pay fully and honestly. Sasha cleaned my teeth gently, and she did an excellent job of helping find an option to do some X-rays without increasing the price of self-pay by too much.
