Absolute great experience! 90% of the process was completed online and when we arrived at the dealership everything went quick and painless. This was after we had a terrible experience with a different Ford Dealer during this buying process.
I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. I am updating my review as they have made it. I have a big issue on Friday from American Casualty Insurance that cause Town East Ford not to release my vehicle. I appreciate Town East ford going above and beyond to help me. Kevin and Zack worked hard to have my vehicle ready even though the other insurance have not released full payment the went go get and put me back on my vehicle.
Sons car in for CEL My sons 2016 Focus ST CEL illuminated the other day and I recommended TownEast Ford to him because I had heard they have a good Service Team. 2014 F-150 engine light cane on I had my 2014 Ford F 150 engine light come on at 122,000 miles. Worried it could be very expensive to fix I took my truck I took it to Town East Ford. I worked with Josh in service had my truck diagnosed and came up with a plan to get it back running smoothly. Above and beyond. I was put in a bad situation on a 700 mile road trip for work by another dealership. Town east ford went above and beyond to do whatever they could to try and help me. They were friendly and understanding of my situation. I only wish they weren’t 700 miles away from home or I would use them every time. Thank you again town East Ford.
Overall cost . My only concern is always the cost. It seems that every time something goes wrong with this truck it cost me $2000.00 & up. The people that I deal with are always friendly and cursity.
