The Farah and Trevor were were fabulous to work with. My husband and I (gay couple) were made to feel at ease. This was not the case when we were at another dealership. We were respected and all our questions were explained in detail. I highly recommend Toyota is Dallas.

Not the best experience. I worked with Nico and he was very responsive through text. He sent me a video of the car I was interested in and I felt like that was great. When we got to the dealership however, we were not even showing the car at first. We were at a desk talking numbers, prices, trade-in, and financing. We didn’t even know if we wanted to purchase the car or not. Not the way to make a sale.
