great service with Mike Z. Mike always is friendly and makes sure I am very well taken care of. The work is always first rate and I feel comfortable that they take good care of my vehicles.

Test Drive of Toyota CH-R Daniel Montalvo quickly assisted me with a test drive of the SUV of interest. He secured the vehicle and took me for 2 test drives (one in the CH-R, one in a RAV 4). He was great, answered all my questions, not pressuring me at all to make any decisions without my husband present. I'd highly recommend him!
Making it easy The sales people were respectful of my time and situation and answered all my questions they pointed out certain features that I did not know and provided guidance in terms of financing and leasing they were extremely helpful.
25000 mile service Made appointment for 25000 mile service on short notice! Service Dept gracelessly gave me appointment next day first in the morning @ 7 AM! Service Dept advisor Faith took care of my needs . Very professional! Hope to have take care of me next time!

Can’t Lose. I’ve bough 2 trucks from these people primarily because their service department is so Strong. No matter who they hire they seem to find the right people. This occasion Larry Fernandez was the service manager. All procedures were handled professionally and expediently. I’ve never had anything but A+ service at Deerfield Toyota. Highly recommend Larry Fernandez and The Who service department.
