Overall the staff appear to put customer's concerns first. It is easy to make appointments either online or by phone. I enjoy getting my car washed when I get service - I bought it there. It WAS disappointing to wait 1-1/4 hours for a diagnosis of my "check engine" light. This seems excessive. Yes, they performed a (unrequested) 26-point inspection during this time, topped off fluids, checked tires, etc., but that is not why I made an emergency Sunday afternoon appointment! 5,000 mile check Service department was friendly and helpful. Finished with my car in 50 minutes and that included car wash. Frequently told me stays of my car. Never had car service this fast before.
Best of the best!! I’m a plumber and generally have a very busy day when I get a slow day I’d like to bring in my truck for a service and Darren and his guys always always accommodate me and I really appreciate it!! Darren and Mike treat me like royalty thank you very much
