Professional We came in for a scheduled service and met with Faith. She was extremely professional and got us in and out in no time. We were very pleased.
This dealership has employees that are customer oriented. I have been a customer since 2016 at Deerfield Toyota. Each time I have been there every employee has been courteous and helpful. Every question has always been answered.

The best experience It was a great experience from the time I arrived at the dealership. Everyone from the reception to the delivery of the car. Since I had a car rental , They actually drove my new car to the car rental company ( more than 20 mike away ) so I did need t have to come back to pick it up. The staff really went to extra mile . Mimi was really great in helping me during the whole process.
