outstanding Customer Service I was greeted by Frank, who knew my name when I pulled up. He was very kind, even engaged in friendly conversation outside of the car. He really seemed to care. I was told the work would take an hour and a half and it took exactly that. The waiting room is really a very nice lounge area. Really impressive area. The best Toyota Dealership I have been too. I hope this gets passed along to Frank.

Nelson on the ball We were looking for a specific car & Nelson was keeping an eye open for it. There were three other dealerships doing the same, but it was Nelson who came through. He handled everything professionally from start to finish. For someone who is new to the car business he is off to a good start. Mike in finance was instrumental in finalizing the the deal & was professional. We will send prospects Nelson’s way whenever possible.
Excellent!!! Karl is a life saver! I have never had a greater experience at a dealership. Even though it was a little busy, he got me checked in and let me know exactly what was going to be done. My Jeep has seen better days but when I left that day after the car wash, she looked brand new! And she drove like she did when I first got her. Service Karl, were great ,very friendly great smile really have great customer service skill. Live in west palm beach , but always come to this Toyota, for service. Only had problem once had to wait 5 hours for an oil change.
