Felipe Maia was outstanding!! This dealership was good, the service was nice but Felipe Maia went above and beyond to make sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. I felt like family by the end of the whole process. I really recommend Toyota Deerfield dealership (Felipe Maia in particular ) to anyone who is looking for a new car! Good prices, great cars and nice sales people. I will use this dealership again for sure!!

Long process, but good times. Quit the xxxxxxxx and cut to the chase. Eddy was a great sales person, that's what kept me there, I was about to walk out, but thanks to Eddy for being a great sport, I have a 2017 Toyota.

Buying a car I went to Deerfield Toyota looking for a used car. After meeting Cham Washington and explaining my price range and style type he took me to a car that met all my requirements. I was very impressed by his knowledge and low key sales approach. Very enjoyable experience. Really!! I bought and left driving the car. I am completely satisfied with the purchase. And what brought me here to buy was the performance of their service department over the 4 years of service to my Previous Toyota.
Excellent Dealership Great Experience. Entire staff very helpful but Jose wears exceptional. He is very knowledgeable about your products and has a very pleasant and calm manner which never leaves you feeling pressured. He is excellent at explaining components of safety and other features. We have been Toyota owners for 30 years but didn’t realize how much technology as changed ownership! He took us through all of it and downloaded apps and syynchronized phone! He made the entire process a pleasant experience.
Service Issued Resolved I had a service issue but the service manager corrected the issue so I changed my review from negative to positive. I must say that service rep was very professional ,polite and responsive.
