Outstanding Service Bonnie had me in and out of there with no worries. I even grew sick and she still did her best to stay in contact with me. When I got better I walked and she had everything out for me and it was a glorious day and she got the car I needed/want. Thanks Bonnie! Daniel was also knowledgeable of the vehicles and had outstanding customer service. He was very blunt and honest with me, which I appreciate. Bonnie as well!
Excellent experience Mercedes and Duane were incredible. They cared so much about me as a person, not as a number, and stayed long after closing. They even bought me and my friend dinner! They did everything they could to help me be able to purchase a car that I loved.
Just purchased our third new car at this dealership We have now purchased three cars from this dealership and have NO complaints. Our salesman, Chambliss ("Cham") Washington was very pleasant to work with, both before the sale and after. He knows his cars and their features. We traded in a new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that we had owned for two months...on the new 2018 Camry XLE Hybrid. THE BEST OF THE BEST This dealer knows how to treat customers. It pretty simple to do good clean business and Toyota of Deerfield Beach has it down pat. Good Prices, Smiles and a friendly attitude make buying a car easy. I was also in and out of the store in about an hour.
