Truly informed Knowledgeable AND good people skills--really good communicator. I'm the type to praise a rep for great customer service and this guy certainly deserves it. I got the sense I was talking to someone truly informed but who also genuinely enjoys interacting with customers, genuinely has fun at his job doing something he loves. I'd trust him based on instinct alone (i have good instinct for people) but in this case he was every bit as skilled in his field as he was charismatic.
a deal to remember I had the pleasure of working with Rick. He not only helped get the car I wanted and for a really good rate, but he made my car buying experience one to remember. He had a great arsenal of jokes and was extremely knowledgeable. I'm very tech oriented and he know EVERYTHING about it entune system as well as all the other nifty features that comes in the prius.
