they are awesome. bonnie shaefer and jason dorfman the best. I was very impressed with the quality of service very freindly and fast. they treat you like family. i would not go any other place there awesome.
Bonnie was great! I bought two RAV 4's at the same time for business. Bonnie couldn't have been better. She was patient and very informative. I would recommend her to anyone and actually have already. I did have a few issues with the service department and a vibrating issue with one of the vehicles, but it was eventually resolved, mostly. The service manager Shawn Pickering is attentive and helpful, but the desk girls and a few of the service writers could use some retraining.

First car purchase Everyone that helped me at the dealership was really friendly and answered all of the questions that I had. Jason worked extremely well with me and made me feel comfortable about my car selection.
Took care of us This team took care of us. I didn't walk in planning to buy a car but walked out in a brand new one and I'm glad I did it. Just to have that peace of mind knowing I'm driving a safer car than the one I had...feels great. Just want to say thanks for taking care of me and my kids. We were there for a long time and I don't ever want to be at a car dealership ever again for that long, but overall, they fed us and make sure that we were happy. Thanks!
Best New Car Purchase Experience Ever! Jason And Bonnie were the AWESOME! I have purchased many cars in my life but have never had an experience as good. They gave me a price upfront and it never changed. Filled out all paper work online and was in and out of dealership in less than an hour again with ZERO GAMES! Love DFB Toyota! Process couldn't been easier. Jason and Bonnie worked well together, which helped expedite the process, getting us in and out within 3 hours. I traded in my first car and felt Jason took could care of my personal belongings that were left in the car. Bonnie was efficient and made the experience very pleasant. Also, the new facility is so clean and nice. First class all around.
A wonderful Experience Both Bonnie and Rick did an absolutely amazing job getting me into my new 2015 Camry XSE. They showed me different options, combinations and discussed advantages and disadvantages between the models to help me identity the car I wanted. The 2015 XSE I selected came with many options and the test drive with Rick amazed me. Once I had selected the vehicle, we discussed financing or leasing.
