Mario was very professional and friendly. Everyone was very nice and attentive as well, the dealership was very clean.
Same problem with parts to be ordered even before service. Call a few days ahead to make sure low cost part is in stock for foreign car repair (oil change). Says part was ordered and day of repairs nothing was ordered. Every time same expected response. Spoke with manager .. problem was solved immediately. Really loved how he handled my case very professional.. good results in the end. Thank you for a good ending... Due to manager response. Thank you Toyota..

Professional service with a personal touch. Car is serviced on time, staff are great, and the work desks allow you to do some work or relax while waiting. The coffee machine is a very welcome touch !!
Clean and spacious. Reasonable wait time for the oil change for my car. Although my car is not a Toyota, they honored the coupon I had presented that said “Toyota models only”. Only negative was they forgot to check/put air in my tires& vacuum car, and place new oil sticker on windshield until I reminded them after they gave me my car and I saw it had not been done. No big deal.

Manny is very personable. I did have to wait a while for him when I dropped off the car and when I came to pick it up.
They were accommodating, especially Bonnie who went out of her way to assist me. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.
