Deerfield Toyota has been great to me for the last 5 years. There service advisor Manny has been sensational with his help and understanding my needs. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Manny gets a 110% and a 10 on my ratings which keeps bringing me back. Thanks to all.

Staff wasn't as helpful, pleasant or willing take care of an issue; they didn't even give me any or recommendations. Coincidently, a friend took his RAV4 to Toyota Deerfield a couple days earlier and was turned away; he went to Delray Toyota and they were eager to help. Is this a new pattern developing at Toyota of Deerfield Beach?

We had an excellent service representative. He was extremely helpful and efficient. He gave us a good estimate of the time our car would be finished but we actually were pleased at how quickly the service was completed. Having the car washed was a bonus.
