HelloI have been purchasing a camry since 2012. My dad Hello I have been purchasing a camry since 2012. My dad loved the camry and purchase one a month after I did. Since then he passed away in 2014 but I am still keeping the tradition I purchase a 2019.and this year a 2021. I love the camry

Always able to get in to have my RAV4 serviced. Definitely having an appointment helps, dropping off SUV the night before got my repair finished that morning
The appointment was made for Saturday, 9/11 @ 11:15 am. At 1 pm I was told I needed brake pads front and back. I said ok. At 4:30 I get a call from the advisor. I tell the service advisor I will be there in 10 minutes. He tells me once I am there at the service desk that my truck will be ready in less than 5 minutes and asks me to pay. I pay and wait, my service advisor disappears and 20 minutes goes by. I spotted the advisor out in the lot and he had to go by me to get back into his work area and I ask where is my truck.
