Professional and friendly people. Without an appointment, I was able to schedule in the service driveway a good time to return the next day for the repair with Michael. His attention to detail was excellent and listened and answered all my concerns. His years of being in the people business were a great help. Next day the car van was repaired and loaner provided. Yes, I had a great service experience and will back to see Michael the next time around. Thank you.

"There was an issue, and I took it to the service manager,..." There was an issue, and I took it to the service manager, and then to the general manager. I am happy to say that the issue and concerns were more than addressed. In fact, both went beyond to help and to follow-up as promised. Things will happen in every walk of life, but those who demonstrate willingness to help, to fix issues, to address concerns, and to do so with courtesy should be recognized and appreciated. The work done on the car was as promised and on time!
The car was not there and in my opinion should not be listed on the site until it is viewable and drivable.
The people are friendly. My time was very long almost 3 hours, but when my agent explained and immediately appologuised for the long wait even before they started on my car, I was more understanding. I will be going back to them as a returning customer.
As usual Fast and Perfect!
Best service. Thank you to the Mechanic who worked on the car and also to the adviser. He followed up the next day to make sure our car is working as performed.

Everything was fine except they neglected to reset the device interval monitor. Took me a little while reading the owners manual to get it done
