Good Experience. We were looking for a used car, and achieved all our goals. We had a nice salesperson named Josh, and also his Manager Nelson. The store itself was very nice, modern and clean. We did not feel rushed or over sold. We felt like they listened to our specific needs and worked with us to get the deal done. Mission Accomplished !!!
No pressure I had Eugene as my salesman, he was not pushy, answered all my questions, showed me what features the car I bought had. With not knowing how much I was going out down he ran 3 different options for me so I could pick the one right for me. The finance guy was also very helpful.

Fixing the catalytic converter It was great! Recommend what exactly it needed to fix. Though cost is pricy they allowed me take to the other body shop to fix.
Not the traditional haggle and hassle dealership I never imagined I could actually ENJOY buying a car from any dealership, but I did with Toyota of Kirkland. I bought two cars from them already at two different times with two different salesperson and two different finance managers. Both times I felt comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend.
