I just got a new HL XLE from Kirkland Toyota. Due to Covid-19, I made a deal with Nelson, a sale manager, online before coming to store. He was very helpful and quick. It just took us less than 30 mins for the deal. I'm really happy with the deal. The whole team at Kirkland Toyota is awesome! Excellent sale experience! I highly recommend this dealer and Nelson for someone's looking for a new car.
I purchased a used vehicle in the area and Dustin Yen in service was a huge help in going through the PPI and they were able to do the inspection right away. Thanks
They go out of their way to please and are always friendly and nice. Service and prices are outstanding and there waiting area is actually fun. 5 stars easy.

Bought a Toyota from Roger Carr 6/28/17, he quoted me an awesome price by e-mail, I agreed and drove to the dealership to pick up car. This was the most efficient deal I had ever experienced. The car was ready when I arrived and the paper work went very fast, everything was as advertised. I have bought many new cars over the last 40 years and this was the best experience ever. Roger did a great job !!!
