I am always happy with the service I receive at Toyota at Richardson. However, the wait time in the drive-in to the service center garage to see a Service Rep. is a lot longer than it has been in the past even when the line is short. But that is not a negative when they have always taken good care of me as a customer and care of my car to my satisfaction.
had appointment,,,,quick service...was in and out in less than an hour
Service was quick which is always valued. However the overall process is very transactional. I have to read through the invoice to confirm what was actually done. I didn't receive the report for my alignment and no heads up on anything that was identified on the inspection. My tire thread was marked in the middle. An explanation would be helpful like you're half way through your thread life and can expect 20k-25k miles more on your tires. Something along those lines.
