Lee Schuster is the best ever used at Toyota. The 2 hr wait for a simple oil/filter change is rediculous. It takes 10 minutes to change and replace oil. Not sure what Toyota does to take so long. TY

The advisor didn't seem to know the answer to why the vehicle will not start sometime unless you shut it off and use the key fob to reopen the door. This happened several times this week and it seemed to take longer each time. I am looking to buy this vehicle but not happy with this situation.
