Took way to long to perform the service because they were so busy. Also had problems with their shuttle service.
Service Advisor was professional and kept me updated on completion time as I waited.
It was good. They did a standard job!
Went really well. Lee is always professional and informative. They are open early and remain open very late on Saturday. We would recommend Toyota of Richardson/Lee to anyone needing service.

Service attendant Lee catered to me and my car needs and as always, a gentleman, very important to me. He was limited as to what could repair that day, since I was unable to rent a car at Enterprise as none were available. I had agreed to come back as had reserved rental for following Monday; but when tried to reach Enterprise to verify availability, it was impossible.
Always great customer service and support.
