Very good but take more then two hours.
Service Representative took care of me within minutes of arriving at the shop. I needed a new battery for my 2021 Avalon and under 3 yr warranty. New battery is for a 5 yr warranty and prorated after 2 yrs.

I bought a used vehicle without disclosure of several issues. Heater does not work, windshield wipers wont turn off, timing chain rattles, and truck has a really bad alignment. I can deal with the alignment as I test drove it and could have said something. I have tried to reach out for an update on these items, but no one has responded.
