Lee was very helpful, communicative and easy to get ahold of when I had questions. He walked me through each step and kept me updated throughout the process.
Really the best Toyota service in DFW. I tried a few others over the years and they just didn't compare. Ive owned four Toyota cars and Toyota of Richardson has serviced them all.
The service manager helped me because I was in line 30 min. and the service techs were taking other cars ahead of me. The repair of my outside mirror was costly ( $700) and after it was fixed, I drove home. My husband was in the passenger seat and couldn't open the passenger side door from inside. So I had to return to Toyota another day and wait another time while this mistake was fixed. Someone was not paying attention when replacing the mirror. Not a great experience.
Service options were explained with pricing in detail. Car was ready sooner then expected
