Lee quickly followed up with me that my 2017 Highlander needed coolant replaced. Lee called me when my car was ready. Oil change and state inspection were also done as scheduled.

Christian Tunnell was great to work with. He was very responsive and clear as to what needed to get done and recommended bundling several services in order to save me money. At the end when I picked up my vehicle, which was ready in a timely manner, I greatly appreciated the free car wash pass that he gave me.

I have a great experience with one of your staff named OLIVER. I had to switch to Oliver as the person who sits on the first booth, if I recall his name correctly his name is Christian, I am not sure, he is a white tall guy. He acted unprofessional and rude. I waited so long but he ignored me because he was busy talking to another couple, who came after me about his personal matter. He made me feel I am nothing his tone was very disrespectful when he talked to me. Many thanks to Oliver!!
