Service advisor is good but the mechanics had to bring the car two times for alignments and I don't think it's still 100% it's a hit and miss sometimes you get good mechanics sometimes you don't

I had an appointment for 10AM. There were two long lines wanting to get their vehicles in for service. Whats the point to having an appointment if everyone is scheduled at the same time? Otherwise, everyone was polite and my truck was taken care of in a timely manner, after waiting 20 to get it in after my appointment.
