Amazing as always. My service advisor Lee Schuster was knowledgeable and very open and honest about the work that I need done. I only ever get my Highlander serviced with Toyota of Richardson and I only ever ask for Lee Schuster.

Service advisor kept me well informed. I came in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor listed recommendations for additional work and cost for each but did not pressure sell.

My experience at Toyota of Richardson was very satisfying, from checking in point to checking out, every body I encountered was very cordial and friendly.

The reason for service was the renewal of the ZakTec protectant. I made the appointment on line and drove to the shop at the appointed time only to be told the job was impossible due to lack of time to perform the job. I had washed the truck twice so as to be prepared for the job. So, I made a second appointment, bought some more gas, and again drove to the shop at the appointed time. I was called earlier that morning and asked about a same day appointment. I was told by the individual on the phone that I could go in and was sent a confirmation email. The service rep escorted me to his desk where he immediately tried to up sell me services without knowing the condition of the vehicle. I ask what was covered under Toyota Care and only authorized those items. I waited for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That seemed rather long
