Lee was excellent as my service advisor. He communicated with me regarding details of the service work needed and the work was done as agreed.
It was quick and easy - which is what I like in a car service.
All of the employees that I interacted were very courteous. I was able to enjoy a coffee while doing work on my laptop in their business lounge.
While I still have an ongoing problem with the door on the driver side (have not been happy with it since the purchase), the service provided at Toyota of Richardson is good.
The problem was taken care of soon after I took my car to Toyota of Richardson.
