My service advisor, Lee Schuster provided very good service. Aside from having my oil and filter changed, he had my battery checked and was replaced, something I am glad as it is important for me not to have a failed battery. Both Mr. Schuster and Toyota of Richardson have provided excellent service for several years.
The people working there are all very nice. Unfortunately, the service department seems understaffed. Maybe its not, but it was a long wait to just have a simple recall issue tending to.
