The 10k service was great! But I had understood that a recall part had been ordered and that service would be done at the same time. It was not ordered, so now I have to go back. Someone dropped the ball!! And I get the inconvenience!

Experience was pretty standard car buying experience. People were friendly. Lots of numbers thrown at you and going back and forth to supervisor to confuse the deal. I feel I got a decent deal, not great. Appreciated low pressure on buying extra stuff at the end.

Service advisor didnt go over the multi-inspection and I didnt receive copy of multi-inspection. In and out waiting my was good.
The service manager and the technician were very thorough. Great customer service overall!
