Called and emailed and showed me the break down on what the car needed and the cost. Explained everything and possibilities .
The service tech did a great job and completed my service faster than promised.
Except for it being extremely busy, I am satisfied with the service I received. I do wonder if having an appointment is really benefiting, as I don't see if those who have an appointment get any special consideration over folks who just drive in without one.
