I was pleased with the service I received. The service advisor helped with my request over the phone and assisted in getting the right fit of tire to the size of the Corrolla. I was concerned with the workload he was handling. I hope Toyota of Richardson brings on more help in the shop. He seemed to be sidetracked to get the maintenance crew to solve problems. It seemed that the shop was practicing the Covid guidelines with air purifiers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Although short on staff the service was fast.
I have had a good experience at my first few visits however this time they lost my ticket and didn't get to my car for about 2 hours. There was a wait but I had to wait even longer. Hopefully this was a one-off mistake
