On time, efficient and very friendly while remaining professional.
Easy to book appointments generally. This is a busy practice so appointments can run behind, however I have never had more than a 30 minute wait to go back and usually less. The staff is helpful and personable. Facilities are very clean and as a retired nurse I have high standards. Dr Jakobs is excellent, she communicates well and after two in office tube placements I have no doubts about her skills.
Dr. Jakob is a fine ENT surgeon. She diagnosed my ENT issues like Sinusitis and Deviated Septum and performed a methodical surgery to fix the problem. After suffering for many years with multiple sinus infections I'm feeling healthy and have had no complications with ENT issues since my surgery in December. I was provided excellent post surgery care. Now I can breath easy and remain active. It's a new life for me. Highly Recommended

Very good first impression. Welcoming environment and personality. Asked a lot of questions, some very good ones. Makes you feel right at home. Good conversationalist. I rated a 4 of 5 simply because this was my first visit ever. I'll be seeing more of her for follow up visits. Hope it works out.

Dr. Jakob is excellent! She is very thorough and compassionate. She spends time with the patient and family - feel like she truly cares. Greatly appreciate her help and wisdom.
After getting a recommendation from my PCP and reading other reviews, I was very pleased with the pre-appointment setup of online paperwork, saving a lot of time at the office upon arrival. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Although I did have to wait about 30 minutes to get from waiting room to exam room everything from there went more quickly. Dr. Jakob asked questions and listened to my concerns and explained the results of my test clearly. I have already recommended her to family :)
