Very professional and informative
Dr. Jakob’s office runs very smoothly and has a very short waiting time. All the staff were kind and compassionate, professional. Dr. Jakob is a wonderful person ; caring.,knowledgeable,.She asked a lot of questions and listened intently. She was able to diagnose my issue quickly and referred me to therapy to address my issue right then and there herself. Very efficient! Thank you Dr.Jakob??

One of my doctors highly recommended Dr. Jakob to me and now I can see why. I was pleased that her office worked me in the same week I called for an appointment. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Jakob did a great job in diagnosing what the growth on my tongue was and in explaining everything that would take place in the surgical procedure to remove the growth. Her office got back with me with the results of my biopsy within a few days. She was correct in her original diagnosis.
Fantastic office staff. Efficient, respectful of your time and extremely friendly. Dr Jakob is outstanding. Compassionate, very knowledgeable and empathetic not to mention personable. Sadly we don’t find doctors like her very often these days.
They really take care of everything here. Their bedside manner is great, very polite and to the point. They let you know what you'll be paying before proceeding which is very helpful when money is tight. Best doctor experience I've had in years. Personally, I'll be suggesting Dr. Jakob to my friends and family because I know they'll be in good hands.
Dr. Jakob is a very patient, kind doctor who remembered me from my last visit 5 years ago. Highly recommend her to anyone needing an ENT specialist.
