Dr. Jakob was very thorough in her exam and explained her findings in a very professional manner and in a way I could understand and made sense to me.
I was very impressed with Dr. Jacob. She took her time explaining my situation and how she was going to treat it. Her explanations were clear and easy to understand and I appreciated that she presented various options and guided me to make the right choice. She also has a pleasant and calming disposition. Dr. Jocob's treatment brought me relief from chronic nasal congestion caused by polyps.
You will not find a better ENT in the Houston area. Dr. Jakob is an excellent physician and surgeon. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Dr. Jakob has been my ENT for more than two decades. She surgically cleared out the inflamed tissue in virtually all of my sinuses in 2003 and removed my tonsils and adenoids at the same time. Her deft surgical touch made for a quick and almost painless recovery despite having a tonsillectomy in my 40s.
