Great listener , non-judgmental, certainty in her diagnosis. Dr. Jakob is the real deal.
Great experience. Paperwork was done electronically before I even showed up. Short wait. Friendly and professional staff behind the desk as well as the Dr and medical staff. We had gone to a different ENT practice in Katy (and were unhappy on many levels) before trying Dr Jakob's practice. This practice is five star all the way. Definitely recommend.
Diagnosed my problem and offered reasonable solutions, with clear benefits and downside of the options. Very confident in her ability to assist with my long term goals.
Dr. Jakob and her staff were very efficient. Additional time would be required to correct issue so she gave me an option of just waiting in the area until she had time to numb and do procedure or schedule another appointment if problem did not resolve itself. She did caution that in the event it started to grow, removal would be necessary.
My 1st time to visit and everyone at the office was very nice and professional I was quick to get in and Dr Jakobs seems to be very concerned and helpful
I have been a patient of Dr. Jakob for many years. She diagnosed a serious health issue before it got bad. It was something that no other doctor had figured out. She is also caring and giving of her time - never in a rush. I whole-heartedly recommend her to be your ENT.
