My case is currently in it's first appeal. I have not had a sense of real confidence with this firm. When I am directed via telephone to my "case manager" it is always a different person. I've asked to speak with one of the attorneys since filing an appeal but that has not been granted to me. This is contrary to some of the responses from Brad M**** to previous complaints on the BBB page. I realize that a wide net is cast, if you will, in an effort to make money. Very very disappointing! If you are having any difficulty with your case, quick run in the other direction. My advice is to wait, or at least find another company who will be honest with you! They are not honest, they are kids, and they don’t have to care!!! If you actually need help, this is most definitely NOT the company for you!!!! Very unorganized. Lost all my documents. I had to huddle around to get my entire file copied and resend it to them. They had the nerve to charge me the maximum amount as if they had done anything to earn it. Terrible service.

Myler sucks..i did not get my disability, they took the easy way out, instead they went for ssi which they knew I WOULD NOT GET BASED ON MY HUSBAND'S INCOME, THEY DID NOT APPEAL IT, THEY DO NOT STAY IN CONTACT WITH YOU..DO NOT USE THEM..I WASTED ALMOST A YEAR WITH THEM, NOW I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY TO CLEAR THIS MESS UP IN ORDER TO GET MY DISABILITY...THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

Terrible experience, my case worker gave me an attitude when she felt I was calling to much about my case. Then the case worker snickered when I told her about my situation and why I really needed the status of my case.

I did all the work lawyer was late to court I said everything in court then no call back for at least a week it explain what happens I did all my own work with social security making sure all paperwork was ready n turned in they would tell me it would take weeks to get things done I did it myself in a day completely wasted 6000 dollars then they mail me a bill for a hundred plus dollars I’m super mad should have done this myself will be looking into filling a complaint

in 2013 i became unable to work due to health/medical issues. i was one of those people who thought they could work through pain and ignore symptoms. overnight i lost my job my apt, new car that i bought and loved all because i couldn't work. i knew i had to apply for SSI.coming to that decision was hard because i have never had to apply for public assistance ever. i contacted myler disability. they helped with all the paperwork and filing. what the attorney couldn't help with (Through no fault of myler disability) was the w... read more
