I have been calling for 3 days i can't even get a call back to tell them what is going on with my case. I feel like they do not care about there clients at all. Wish i found a different disability lawyer

I started out with *****, was denied several times, then they switched to trajector, had my hearing and judge said approved at the hearing. Been 3 months and still waiting for decision letter, every time I call Trajector they give me the run around. I've asked to Talk to the lawyer that handled my care and they won't put me through to her. But i received a letter stating she's inn charge of my benefits when I get them..? If I ever do! These guys are the biggest scam every! They took over a company called Vet Comp and Pen who was absolutely amazing! They actually cared about their customers and were doing something amazing for veterans. These people here cant return a phone call, put you on hold for hours, and just wont help you. Ive been asking for them to help me with my va disability denial for disability for 6 months now and have been begging them to help me and ask them where they were with the claims process. They are a fraud, they do not do what they say , and then they back out on you after they assign you a so called lawyer, this is not whom you want to represent you I am very very disappointed in the service they have (Not ) done for me. Thanks and beware of this company in any terms.

I would give them negative starts if I can. This company is a fraud. I did not even use their services and they sent me an invoice for $7,000.

We've never represented anyone by your name and we certainly have never billed you. You have us mistaken for another company. We only handle Social Security Disability claims.
When documents were sent to sign we were advised that only the documents they felt necessary were sent. When we asked to view the missing pages of the documents we were informed that they were not needed and they would not send to us even by email. In this day and age people want to see all they are signing not just what the business is willing to send. I would have no problem dealing with "Lawyers" that were willing to be transparent.
