This company is full of lies and scams, they do nothing for your case, never prepared and all papers and files you send them disappear.

Quick to sign you up. I informed them of progress in my case. I did all the leg work except filling. My case was fast tracked because I called Social Security and gave them my diagnosis after waiting several days for Trajector. Amazing how many doors open when youre terminally ill! Then social security limited how much trajectory could charge. For their so called work, delaying any back pay or benefits till they stopped attacking me. Still waiting for back pay! Do not use trajectory!!!

The amount of time it took for your case to be processed was not hindered or slowed down in any way by our office. Processing times are 100% controlled by Social Security, as well as the payment of your past-due benefits ("back pay"). Not worth what they get out of the so called help they are given to help you. I did all the work for them I contacted my doctors I had to request for them to do anything they never contacted one time would not ever suggest them to anyone

Not a good company they never knew anything they wanted us to give them information we called disability and got. They had no clue of what was going on but still charged my sister.

I had to do most of the running to my doctor's to get the paperwork in before my hearing that coming up Then the lawyer don't call to go over question with you that you may have it's like they don't care

This firm has absolutely the worst customer or client Contact representative servicea experience I have ever had to go through anytime I tried to make contact with about my case. All this firm does is blow smoke up the a** of its clients. They find every single reason not to speak to clients, they never return your calls if you leave messages. I used this company and basically did the work for them to receive **** dollars for filing paperwork. I had to contact SSD whenever I had a question was actually told by the firm to call them. I had to request all medical records for my case. I never spoke to an actual attorney until 2mins before the judge came into the zoom meeting only to be quickly told by a lawyer *** never spoken to that I would have to be convincing and play to the judge if I wanted to when my case, he never spoke once but to verify his name.
