The stafff is professional every step of the way. The fee for services is too high BUT if you are frustrated and fed up with the process it may be enticing. For me I got no back pay so the fee outweighed the short term of what I got and this is a lot especially if you fixed income. As far as recommending the service I wouldn't, I would check around because there are organizations that will help you for free or negotiate the fee with them if you can.

I came to Trajector having never filed a VA disability claim before. I was completely naive of the process and they walked me through step by step. I filed my first claim that was originally denied by the VA and Trajector helped me file my appeal and it eventually won and I received my back pay and service connection. They then continued to evaluate all of my medical records and advised on which are compensible to my active duty service directly and also secondary. I searched for a very long time for someone to represent me in this process, and when I found Trajector I couldnt be happier. They explained the process in great detail and there fee was right in line with most other companies. I worked with Vet Comp and Pen since 2015. I knew what I was getting into and read every documentation provided to me. I understood that they collected after you received your increase and only just a percentage of the increase. I didnt have to look for my medical records (they did that), they sent me documents to sign, and they did the heavy lifting. When Trajector took over I still received great customer services. I had one more thing to say they do provide medical evidence. If they send you a package for you to sign via the post office, thats the company using the signed documents to receive your medical records to put the medical evidence together. How do they get get access to your ebenefit? Well when your filling out some of the electronic questionnaire they do request the information password included. I was with the old company and then moved to Trajector. I can say it was a lengthy process but I didn't give up nor did Trajector. I received increases slowly but I ultimately was given what I deserved which is 100%. Thanks you Trajector and their team.
