So far, Trajector has been super helpful and easy to work with. The representatives answer all questions completely and clearly. They take time to ensure you know what is happening at all stages of the process. The fees are explained in detail and you are given the opportunity to opt out prior to any agreements being signed.

Overall it has been a decent experience. Paperwork and appointments were pretty quick and promt. Some of the appointments/follow-*** need to have a step by step PowerPoint as they can get kind of confusing on when to contact them and/or when they need to contact you. But other than that it was pretty decent.

Just starting my journey. So far so good. I am really impressed with the speed in which everything is being done by trajector. They are in constant contact with me. The representatives are courteous, professional, patient and very respectful. I have been denied in the past by the VA but I'm cautiously optimistic now that I have the support of trajector!
