Great service and great people. I think they helped me a great deal. Very professional and knowledgeable about the VA claims process and how it works. I would not have gotten this far along in the process as fast without them.

Overall a good experience. Some of the employees fall short of completing their job. Others are very professional (********) and get the job done. ******** was very pleasant over the phone. She verified that the documentation was already there. She forwarded the documentation on to the next step. ******** gets 5 stars on a job well done. She told me that they do not need anything from me at this time, but they may in the future. The customer service has been fantastic. All of my questions were answered. There is great follow up with their staff. I do recommend all military personnel to use their service.
