The person that spoke today, did a professional job in handling all of my concerns, regarding my situation. Over all, I believe that Trajector has done and it is doing a fine job in handling my claims.
If you have complicated medical issues and you need a professional description of the problems, I encourage anyone to use their service. The rate they charge if successful is fair and worth it if you get an increase in disability rating. If you don't get a better rating then they don't receive any payment. It is the same process as SSDI.I was scepical at first but when I read what they put on the intake forms, I was highly impressed. I could not have written a better description of my issues than they did.
Trajector takes all the questioning and stress out of How do I start a claim? Everyone is super nice and extremely patient. I recommend anyone considering using their services to definitely do it.
I was very please with the support and the time they put into my case. The people I talked with were always pleasant and knowledgeable. They always went above and beyond my expectation.
A friend recommended Trajector Medical to me. I contacted them approximately 5 weeks ago. They gathered my information and formatted it into working narratives to submit to the VA. A couple of edits were required, but definitely nothing to hold up the process. I submitted my documents to the VA today. I am looking forward to the next phase in this process.
Earlier today I spoke to a representative at Trajector Medical and was quite pleased with the knowledge and expertise presented by the staff member. He also gave me more information if any questions should come to mind in the weeks ahead. Thank you for your time and I look forward to working with the team in the near future.
