Well… I spoke w/Rep. from Trajector this morning (6/25/2025). Person was very professional she couldn’t get hold of my Assistant Medical (****** ** **). Had 30%.for 22 years they got to 90% in less than 6 months.I had used other approved free VSOs before with no results. You get what you pay for results.
I am still on the journey with Trajector's assistance and guidance. To date they have helped me double my rating and there's still pending claims I am waiting on. I highly recommend them to anyone who is teetering on the fence of if they should use their service or not. Everyone has been respectful, professional and empathetic to my needs. If you're thinking about using them I would say to you stop thinking about it and give them a call right now!
I was referenced by my brother in Florida to try Trajector to get my military disability rating higher because I was getting nowhere using other companies. Using the VA was a waste of time as they only try to disprove your claims. My experience with Trajector was nothing but good. From the start I was treated with respect. They have helped me compile a great deal of information just from us talking and then putting everything into an order and their IA people or AI people or whatever writing up my complaints and making them sound really good but as far as collecting any medical evidence or anything like that I have to do that on my own and I understood that from the beginning.
