To date Trajector has been informative, however when they set you up with a battle ***** it's not for the long haul. It would be better to have a contact, rather than constantly switching up.

Very, very helpful. Even though the customer must provide solid justification. They package it quickly and professional. Reciieved a rating in 5 months. Still not closed out on claims.
