Hungry for money, they expect multiple payment plans and multiple payments asap. Very helpful with the claim, but there were a lot of people working on the claim with a buggy text system. Very happy with the results.

I was searching for some advice to help get my rating higher as my service related injury has been getting worse. They were of course happy to help. The real value for this company was helping me realize that there was much more that I should consider claiming once we did our initial consultation. So far, Trajector has been super helpful and easy to work with. The representatives answer all questions completely and clearly. They take time to ensure you know what is happening at all stages of the process. The fees are explained in detail and you are given the opportunity to opt out prior to any agreements being signed.

Overall it has been a decent experience. Paperwork and appointments were pretty quick and promt. Some of the appointments/follow-*** need to have a step by step PowerPoint as they can get kind of confusing on when to contact them and/or when they need to contact you. But other than that it was pretty decent.
