I will address my interactions with Trajector Medical, I have been dealing with Team Delta, specifically Johnar from the team and I will say he knows his stuff. He is very respectful and patient. He stays on top of my claims even when I forget sometimes what stage I am even in. Whenever I call, i always am able to talk to him and if i leave a message for him to call me back, he usually calls back within minutes.
