I wouldve rated them a 5 or 5+ star rating as they advised me on filing VA Disability Claims. They were efficient and effective. I received a prompt and successful response. I was awarded an 80% disability rating! Great! But since then they have dropped the ball. *** had very little followup on claims that were pending and now I just received a decision letter from the VA that my claim was denied.

Vet Comp and Pen, later called Trajector Medical has been a great company negotiating the VA medical maze. They know the internal requirements of the VA and apply them to the Veteran ensuring the best results. I have gone from 20 percent to 70 percent. This company has assisted me through the entire process. Best choice to make the VA work for the Veteran.

Trajector Medical truly shows that they care about their clients. They helped me deal with an appeal claim that has been ongoing since 2020. I reached out to them in 2021 and by November my appeal had been approved. I literally couldn't have done it without them. I have not had any issues with this company to date. The customer service rep is always attentive and attempts to wow me as a customer. So far, I am happy with this company. No complaints from me I would refer them to other veterans.
