Trajector made it right.There was a snag in the process. The VA makes things confusing, and this snag ended up being on VA's side for failing to assist with my case.I had originally left a bad review because I didn't hear back from Trajector for awhile, but in the end, they were successful with my case and I would recommend considering their team to help any veteran.Learn from my case, BE PATIENT with the process because the VA takes a very long time on ANY type of action.

They did a few claims for me, had much success on wording and knowledge of rules and regulations. Felt comfortable putting packets together with them. Gave me good advice without being pushy good experience

Had Trajector file several claims for me that started this year . I never had a rating , got my first positive rating this week . The other claims are moving pretty fast now. going for my 3rd c&p appt in a few days . Trajector has been very Helpful wish I knew about 10 years ago when I was first denied, I'm in contact with them several times a month.
You do well. I believe that you are slow on some issues and responding to others. You had requested x-rays from my civilian doctor. I dogged that doctor's office for a year after they told me the x-rays were destroyed and they were in the office all this time. I uploaded them and sent them to you and have not heard anything on that issue. Also, I have read the agreement I signed but it doesn't say how to end the business relationship. As of today 08/12/2022 I have not had any issues with Trajector Medical. They helped me to get my VA benefits rolling! So far so good! I have recommended your services to my brother and my son!

Dont take on the VA by yourself, the deck is stacked against you! You need someone in your corner helping you navigate the VA system; my only disappointment is that I did not contact them 30 years ago when I got out of the Navy.
