ALL THEIR STAFF HAS BEEN MOST FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. What I like best is they aided me in getting a successful rating with the VA, where I had not been successful in the past. They have been easy to work with and have kept me in the loop as to what I need to do and when. I have found all their staff to have been most helpful, friendly, and willing to explain what comes next and what was required of me to do, I can't think them enough for their help.

I am pleased with the assistance received from Trajector Medical. Personnel were friendly even though sometimes difficult to understand. Did not always get an immediate response to calls or emails/text. This is one key area which needs improvement since veteran is relying sole on them. I would have given a 5 star but for the shortfalls noted. Would recommend to any veteran that requires additional help navigating the VA process after all other avenues have been exhausted (VSO, etc..).
Highly reccomend. They truely walk you through the process and do everything for you..

I started a few months ago with Trajector Medical for my VA disability benefits. I was already at 40% and I was getting nowhere and didn't know how nor what to do next. THe law office I used previously did absolutely nothing even though I went from 10% to 40% was a fluke on my part.
