Very easy process for me. I tried to get this process started years ago and it was difficult and discouraging. I was told about Trajector from a fellow vet. Very thorough and easy to communicate with. I’ve already spread the word to some other vets in my area. 5/5

I am pleased with the assistance received from Trajector Medical. Personnel were friendly even though sometimes difficult to understand. Did not always get an immediate response to calls or emails/text. This is one key area which needs improvement since veteran is relying sole on them. I would have given a 5 star but for the shortfalls noted. Would recommend to any veteran that requires additional help navigating the VA process after all other avenues have been exhausted (VSO, etc..).
Highly reccomend. They truely walk you through the process and do everything for you..

I started a few months ago with Trajector Medical for my VA disability benefits. I was already at 40% and I was getting nowhere and didn't know how nor what to do next. THe law office I used previously did absolutely nothing even though I went from 10% to 40% was a fluke on my part. Any how, Trajector contacted me at my request via *********and I did receive some lengthy calls , but it was the laying of the groundwork of what they needed to do, how they needed to approach it and guiding me on the way. I am grateful I finally received my 100% rating. Trajector Medical was critical in my process. I did not like the explanation of the payment process. In the beginning I was told their fee was one thing. Now that I have the increase, they are asking for more.
