The team is courteous, patient and knowledgeable. My conversations with Trajector are always positive. You can tell that they care.
Trajector Medical has helped me to reach a 90% Disability Rating. That is from my original rating of 40%. They are currently working on secondary conditions I have endured from my original awarded disability for Agent Orange. Their efforts are towards helping me reach a 100% Disability Compensation Rating. I do receive emails informing me of any progress concerning the claims they are working on. This process has been slow at times but they continue to work to reach the goal.
A lot of my calls have been with people who are not native English speakers and have been hard to understand. I have had to have them repeat things to be many times. My last communication with them was before a VES exam. They person I was speaking to advised me that I would be talking to VES about my feet, but they also said that it would concern my sleep apnea and my diabetes. Trajector Medical.I've started using this company a year ago, maybe a little longer. Everything was explained upfront.. payments etc.. if I was to get an increase, i knew what I was going pay.. if a claim came back without an increase you can appeal.. a percentage would be added on for an appeal, again I knew what money I would owe.. this company helped me tremendously over the past year helping me reach my ultimate goal.. same company 5 or 6 of my coworkers have also used them with no complaints.
